1
This module is where you'll enter the information for each of your programs. This information defines requirements/costs for each enrolled student
2
Add the name of your program(s)
Each unique program should be placed on its own row
3
Add the number of Clock Hours required to graduate
4
Alternately, if your school uses credit hours, enter the number required to graduate under "Credit Hours" instead
5
Define if the program accepts rolling admissions
6
Define if the program is part time or full time
7
Enter the program's planned end (completion) date
8
Enter the number of "terms" (e.g., quarters, semesters) that the program lasts
9
Enter the program's start date
This date is used elsewhere in the upload to ensure that students are enrolled in the appropriate iteration of each program
10
Enter the final date by which a student must complete the program to successfully graduate
11
If the program awards a degree/certification for successful completion, enter its title
12
Enter the total tuition charged for the program, as well as the total amount charged for all other expenses.
13
If you provide a default scholarship, enter it
Leave this value as 0 if you do not provide a standard scholarship
14
Enter any required downpayment
15
Enter the campus that the program is offered at
If you have one campus, enter "Main." If you offer the same program on two+ campuses, it should be entered on two+ separate rows reflecting each campus that the program is offered at
16
Enter the maximum number of students allowed in the program
17
Enter whether or not the program requires the student to complete an externship to graduate
18

20
Enter the total % of the clock hours that the student must complete to be eligible for graduation
21
