Enabling Plugins and Web browsing for chatGPT-4
1. chat.openai.com
Go to https://chat.openai.com/
2. Click on GPT-4 and see that plugins is not yet enable
3. Click on your profile account on bottom left
4. Click on Settings
5. Click on Beta features
6. Toggle on Plugins
7. Toggle on Web browsing
8. Exit this pop up
9. Click on GPT-4 in a new chat
10. Click on No plugins enabled
11. Click on Plugin store
12. This is the plugin store
You can download/install any of these plugins. Some may require a paid account or to sign up to use it.
13. Search for "Zapier" and "Show me" to install
14. Click on Allow
You will need to have a zapier account so it can link together.
This will allow chatgpt to create a zap for you inside of Zapier!
15. Click on Close action settings
16. When back on the main page, Click on Zapier to activate
You can only activate 3 plugins at a time. If you'd like to use a different combination of 3 tools, start a new chat as it won't allow you to edit your plugin choices after submitting your first question.
17. Click on Show Me to activate
18. Enter your prompts (see description)
PROMPT 1: I am a [ROLE/JOB] and I do [DESCRIBE YOUR TASKS IN DETAIL].
I use [LIST YOUR TECH TOOLS].
Give me 10 ideas on zaps that can speed up and automate the process of [TASKS]
PROMPT 2: Create zaps based on 1,2,3
(choose one that you want, or all of them! Click on the link it gives you - this will take you to the zap it created for you)
PROMPT 3: Create a mind map based on the above zaps
(this helps you visualise the whole automation Zapier created for you!)
