When the supervisor approves the certification, employees will receive a confirmation email stating the certification was approved.
If the certification is denied, it will be canceled and the employee will receive an email notification.
The system will not allow a new Certification to be submitted if a Certification is still pending approval.
If the supervisor has approved the employee's leave balance certification but the employee realizes the leave balances was incorrect, they should go back and start a new certification process after correcting the mistake.
