In this workflow, you'll learn how to email your event attendees directly in Mobilize.

Click on the event you need to access.

Select who to message

In this main window, you can message either registrants of upcoming shifts or past shifts.

Filter the participants

You can also filter to send to registrants with only certain kinds of statuses.

Example: you can send an email to everyone from a past event who completed a shift to thank them and encourage them to sign up for more.

Email only participants of a particular shift

You can also email registrants for just one shift by finding the shift at the bottom of the event page, and clicking the shift.

Filter participants

Here you can filter to send an email to only registrants with a certain attendance status.

Example: You can send an email to those who are registered or confirmed, without emailing those who have cancelled their shifts.
