Click on the pencil icon to enable editing.

Type the percentage of hours within a program that a student must complete before they are eligible to enter into the graduation flow.
For example, if you require a student to complete 90% of their total clock hours before they/your staff are eligible to begin graduation packet processing, enter "90." You can leave this setting blank if you want the ability to enter into the graduation flow at any time.

For the "Award Term Hours Threshold," type the percentage of hours within an individual term that a student must complete. If the student completes this minimum threshold, they will receive full credit for the clock hours from that term (at the administrator's discretion).
This setting deals with individual terms. For example if you set this to "80" a student would have to complete at least 80% of that term's scheduled hours (via their courses). If they complete the minimum threshold of hours, your school has discretion to review and award them full credit for the clock hours from that term. You can leave this setting blank if you want a student to only be credited for each hour of attendance.
