The footer works the same as any other part of the site. You can add, delete, etc in the same ways.

However, you need to add links to other pages through texts. Highlight the text

Click on the Link icon

Add the full url (including the http://)
*These links will not work until the website is live

Click on Save

Click on Publish
You will probably get a warning that this will affect other pages. This is because the same footer is used throughout the site. If you change it here, it updates everywhere.
