Editing Your Event

In this workflow, you'll learn how to edit your event.

Mobilize

First go to Mobilize, and click on your event title

Click on Edit

As an event host, you'll only be able to edit certain fields. If you need to edit something more, reach out to Audubon Staff.

Change Visibility

A Public event will show up on your event feed, as well as Audubon's event feed. Registrants of other events within Audubon's network might get an email encouraging them to sign up for your event.

A Private event can only be accessed by the link.

Edit Location

You can't switch the event from in person to virtual or vice versa, but you can change the location of the event.

Edit Shifts

Here you can change current shifts, including updating links or capacity numbers, or you can delete them or add more.

Change Primary Language

Changing the primary language will change the language of the confirmation emails/texts, and buttons on the page. To change the language of the description or title, you'll need to reach out to Audubon staff.

Edit Accessibility

It's important to let your registrants know the accessibility of the event. ADA standards are very specific, so if you don't know if the venue is ADA, check all the features you know will be there.

Add Co-hosts

Cohosts will allow others to edit the event, manage the participants, and email all the registrants.
