Editing Employee SSN in ACA Track

9 Steps

Click on Manage Employees

Click on Manage Employees

Click on Client Name

Click on Client Name

Search and Select respective employee

Search and Select respective employee

Click on Edit

Click on Edit

Click on EmpSSN

Update SSN as needed. **Note, if the employee is listed multiple times with different SSN's please contact your Reporting Specialist for assistance.

Click on EmpSSN

Click on Save and Exit

Click on Save and Exit

Access Most Recent Actual/Corrective Data in ACA Track, make the update and create a file for ONLY the Employee(s) and respective Dependent(s) needing a correction

Upload the Revised System File (Confirm that the file ONLY contains data for those requiring a corrected form)
