In some cases, an employee may not be able to log into Zeroni, and as a result, they cannot complete online training. These reasons may include:
The employee does not have a personal email address.
The employee does not have a phone number capable of receiving the security code when logging into Zeroni (applies to some foreign workers).

Direct the employee to complete online training through the main user's credentials from the management's computer.
Alternatively, use manual onboarding and record the completion manually by entering the issuance date for the respective qualification.
If the employee has successfully logged into the online training, gone through the material, and passed the test, but the training completion data has not automatically transferred to Zeroni...
In these cases as well, the management can manually record the issuance date to grant access to the employee.
