9 Steps
Begin by logging in to your portal.

Click on View Block & Rates
This will open up the next page and show your selected hotel and room block.

Block = the number of rooms you requested when you set up your room block.

EX: 10 rooms beginning on Apr 15.

Pickup = the number of rooms you booked (from your Upload Template).

EX: 1 out of 10 rooms beginning on Apr 15, then 2 rooms on Apr 16 and so on.

Guaranteed = the number of rooms still available to book in your room block.

EX: 9 out of 10 rooms remaining to be booked on Apr 15, then 8 out of 10 on Apr 16 and so on.

Rate (USD) = room rate without taxes added.
