Custom mapping tickets counts in Sparrow

Our matching algorithm tries to automatically match the imported ticket counts back to the correct event. If it fails to find a match, or you wish to map another imported event, you can use this tutorial to create a custom mapping. You only need to do this once per event.

  1. 1. Go to the event you want to link to the tickets & click on the "Ticketing" tab

  2. 2. Click on Edit

  3. 3. Scroll down to "Settings: Ticketing" and click on Show to expand the settings.

  4. 4. Click the dropdown and select the right event.

    The dropdown will show you all events imported from the ticketing integration.

    Hint: You can type to search through quickly.

    Click the dropdown and select the right event.

  5. 5. Click on Save

    Click on Save
