Our matching algorithm tries to automatically match the imported ticket counts back to the correct event. If it fails to find a match, or you wish to map another imported event, you can use this tutorial to create a custom mapping. You only need to do this once per event.

Go to the event you want to link to the tickets & click on the "Ticketing" tab

Click on Edit

Scroll down to "Settings: Ticketing" and click on Show to expand the settings.

Click the dropdown and select the right event.
The dropdown will show you all events imported from the ticketing integration.
Hint: You can type to search through quickly.

Click on Save
