Custom Timeslot Duration Setup for Lodging & Capacity-Based Services

1. 1. Click on "Settings"

   

2. 2. Click on "BUSINESS SETUP"

   

3. 3. Click on "SERVICE CONFIGURATION"

   

4. 4. Click on the edit icon for the lodging or capacity-based service category (e.g., Boarding).

   

5. 5. Select the duration from the options provided under "Average duration (in minutes)"

   

6. 6. Click Update to apply the timeslot duration to all services under this category.

   

7. 7. To specify a timeslot for a particular service (e.g., Luxury Room), click on the edit icon for that service.

   

8. 8. Select the duration from the options provided under "Average duration (in minutes)", just like in Service Category.

   

9. 9. Click on Save to save it for particluar service

   

Timeslot Duration Based on Service Configuration

1. 10. You can now see that the service (e.g., Junior Suite) under the Boarding service category has a 30-minute duration as per the setup.

   

2. 11. You can now see that the specific service (e.g., Luxury Room) has a 45-minute duration as per the setup.
