Log in to your homepage

Click on Admin

Click on Fee Scheme

Click on + Add Fee

Add the program completion percentage at which you want to automatically debit a fee to your student's accounts
Here, the example setting is at "0." This means that any associated fees will be charged to the student's ledger when they enroll in the program. If you were to set this to 25% (or some other percentage), the fee(s) would debit when the student reaches the stated percentage of clock hours.

Add the percentage of tuition you want charged at that milestone
Here, by setting to "100" I am making the default rule that the student gets charged the full tuition upon admittance.

Add the percentage of the associated books and materials cost that you want charged at that milestone

Add the percentage of other expenses that you want charged at that milestone

Add the percentage of scholarship you want credited to the student at that milestone
If a student receives scholarship, you can also set it to credit the student's account at your defined intervals.

Click on Apply

Click on Save
