Creating and Configuring a Digital Wall in RunLoyal Portal

Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser. **All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.

Creating a Digital Wall

  1. 1. Go to Settings.

Selecting Services and Configuring Display

  1. 8. Screen Feed: Choose what you want the digital wall to display for checking in and out of pets for Services or Memberships, or training.

Customizing the Digital Wall Display

  1. 12. Click "Configure Wall".

Activating and Sharing the Digital Wall:

  1. 22. Activate the configured digital wall for display.

  3. 24. Click "Create Short Url" to generate a shortened version of the URL.

  4. 25. Copy the Digital wall URL and open it in a Chrome browser on the device you want to display the information and copy the digital wall screen code to login into the page

Accessing the Digital Wall:

  1. 26. Enter the Digital Wall Screen Code to login into the page and click on "Sign in"
