Creating and Configuring a Digital Wall in RunLoyal Portal

Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser. **All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.

  1. The RunLoyal Digital Wall is a configurable display feature that enables you to show the pet check-in and check-out details on any internet-enabled TV screen of your choosing. The ability to create one digital wall is included with every subscription.

With our new Advanced Digital Wall paid add-on, you gain the ability to do the following:

  1. Create multiple different digital walls that could be used for both the back of the house and/or the storefront (like digital signage).

  2. Include pictures and videos (add-on required for video) as a slideshow.

  3. Ability to send Alerts and create banners from the business portal to display on a specific Digital Wall for any daily or critical updates (back office) or for any customer promotion (front office).

Creating a Digital Wall
