If you have not created an account with your parish or any other parish in our diocese, please follow steps 1-10 to create an account with us. Once created, make sure to keep following along for steps 15-26 for how to view contribution statements, update your family's profile and more!
Already created an account but forgot your password? Skip and go to steps 10-15 for how to reset your password. Make sure to follow along for how to access your documents and update your information!
Fill out the fields with the red asterisk next to them. We recommend NOT filling out the mobile phone number as it is not required. Please only fill out your first and last name along with your email.
Once you select next and receive the password reset link in your email you can reset your password using the prompts. Note that you will receive the password reset email from a "Church Administrator" with email database@austindiocese.org. If you don't receive an email, make sure to check your spam or junk inbox.

Now that you've viewed your contribution statement, check out your household and make any updates to your address or contact information!

How to Update Your Family Record Information
Click on Edit

Click on "Selected Parish" drop down menu and choose your home parish
If you are involved at more than one parish, please try to choose the one you would consider your home/primary parish.

Please review your family's information and verify it's correctness. If any changes need to be made to your address please make the update here.
NOTE: If you live in an apartment complex or duplex and need to enter a unit number, please make sure to fill that designation out on the Address Line 1 field, NOT the Address Line 2 field. This is in accordance with USPS standards.

Make sure to SAVE your changes by scrolling down the screen and clicking the blue Save button!

You can edit individual household members here on the My Household page. You can update their phone number, email as well as their communication preferences for their record here.
If you are comfortable to do so, you can also upload a profile picture to your member record! This is a great option for new families so we can learn both your face and your name. π
