Select the appropriate selection for when you want the test completion emails to be sent.

  • Default: Upon test completion (regardless of the result)

  • Test Pass: Only candidates that pass will receive a test completion email.

  • Test Fail: Only candidates that fail will receive a test completion email.

  • Never: No test completion emails will be sent, regardless of their result.

Note-Your Kryterion CSM will need to add proctor notes for Onsite and Online proctored delivery types before the exam can be placed in the catalog.

  • If you are unsure which Channel to select.

  • Any other inquiries.

Click on Test Form Assignment to assign your test forms.

On this page you can select all of the forms that you want to assign to this exam product. Underneath the form assignments, you can select form randomization options if you apply 2 or more forms.

These dates are based on the candidate time zone dates. If you are delivering globally and want the exam to start on the same day for all candidates, use this function and also put the exam in the catalog according to your desired start date.

Select on Blackout Dates tab to apply any dates that you plan not to have the exam delivered on.

  • You can enable a wait period. This function blocks out the calendar for the amount of days selected from the time date the candidates is registering on.

  • To add blackout dates, select the 'Add Blackout' button to add date ranges you do not want the exam to be delivered on. For example, if you know that you are going to maintain your exam every quarter, you would want to set the dates ahead of time to block candidates from taking the exam on those dates. These dates are based on the candidate time zone, so consider that for international candidates.

Select on 'Instructions/Agreement' tab to set these options for the launch experience.

These fields display on screen during the launch flow. To customize the content, enable these to show and enter the content in each field.

Select on 'Pass/Fail Messages' tab to apply custom messages.

These fields display on screen after the exam is submitted if the test form is set-up to show pass/fail transcripts. These messages can also be dynamically included in your pass/fail test completion emails, if desired. If you want these to display in the emails, reach out to your CSM with your request. To customize the content, enable these to show and enter the content in each field.

Retake rules default to 'Unlimited' registrations. You may customize how many times you want to allow a candidate to register for this exam based on their last result.

You may choose to add one or more exam pre-requisites that have to be completed prior to a candidate is eligible to register for this exam.

Select on 'Notes' tab to add administrator notes and candidate registration agreement.

  • Notes field is optional and not candidate facing.

  • Candidate Registration Agreement: The content in this field shows upon the candidate registering (purchasing) for the exam. If you do not add an agreement on the exam, the region level registration agreement will apply by default. *If you are not sure if you have a region level agreement, please reach out to your CSM.

  • Proctor Instructions: If you are using event proctored or client proctored delivery types, you can add instructions for your proctors to follow. For Online and Onsite delivery types, reach out to your CSM as Kryterion manages this field for our proctored services.
