Creating a New Site

1. 1. Click on 'Sites' in the company-level menu.

   

2. 2. Click on +New site

   

3. 3. Add site number

   The site number is a sequential number determined by the main contractor in Zeroni.

   

4. 4. Add site name

   

5. 5. Select the department

   

6. 6. Set the start and completion dates for the construction site

   

7. 7. Type street address

   

8. 8. If you grant the contractor administrative rights: Select 'Contractor can create subcontracts' if you want to allow subcontracting.

   By giving the contractor administrative rights, the contractor can...

   1. Add their own employees to Zeroni

   2. Manage and update their employees' documents

   3. Fill out the contractor's timesheet

   

9. 9. Choose whether the contractor is allowed to orientate their own employees and view or edit their own employees' timestamps

   

10. 10. Enter additional information as needed. Additional details are visible on the front page of the construction site to all users with administrative rights for that specific construction site.

    

11. 11. Choose your company's role on this particular construction site.

    

12. 12. Add the buyer for the construction site either by selecting from the existing list or by creating a new company.

    

13. 13. Save the construction site by selecting + Add site.
