Add any footer text (e.g. contact details, quote terms) that you would like to appear on your PDF and hit Save

Click on the menu items: Quote Tool > Create New Quote

Enter a name for your Quote

Select a delivery method

Add a delivery charge

Enter your desired profit margin percentage

Search for the product you would like to add - you can use code or description

Click on Add to Quote

If needed, you can edit the desired quantity, or margin on the product

Use Round-Up to increase the Unit Price to the nearest 99p, or simply edit the Unit Price directly to a custom value

Click Export Quote to and create and download a PDF

Select View All Quotes to see all quotes for your account

This displays a searchable list view

Click on View Existing Quote to open the quote and edit
