Creating Your 1iota Account: Step-by-Step Process

Located in the upper right hand corner

Please note, the first and last name MUST match your photo ID in order to enter any event. Please do not use nicknames.

Gender, Birthdate, and Location. Birthdate MUST match what is listed on your photo ID. For fans outside of the US - please check the "Not From the US" box, and follow the prompts.

Make sure to enter a password that will be easy for you to remember, and that follows the guidelines. Must be at least 8 characters, both upper and lowercase letters, a number, and at least on special character (*+-?%$&!)

Before entering your password for the first time - make sure to click "Show" to ensure you are entering it correctly.

Once you have entered your password, click the blue "Continue" button.

Make sure to check this box so that we may send you updates regarding ticket and event updates.

By clicking "Create My account" a verification email will be sent to the email associated with your 1iota account. This email will contain a 6-digit code.

Please allow up to 15 minutes for this email to come through. Please make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder as well. If the 15 minutes have passed, and no code as arrived, please reach out to our support team at support@1iota.com for further assistance.

Now that you have created your account, navigate to "My Profile" - which can be accessed via the drop down arrow to the right of your email address in the upper right hand corner.

Click on the + sign to add an image. We highly recommend a clear, face photo. This is extremely helpful in building out your profile status from Veteran to Super Fan!

Once you have selected your Profile Image, click the blue "Save to My Profile" button.
