Create an "Accounts with Bombora Company Surge" report
This guide will walkthrough how to create a basic "Accounts with Bombora Company Surge" report in Salesforce. We recommend you use this report as a starting point and refine it with additional data and filters to best suit your needs.
Force
1. Click on Reports
2. Click on New Report
3. Search for "Bombora"
4. Click on Bombora Company Surges with Account
5. Click on dropdown menu next to "Column"
6. Select "Remove All Columns"
7. Click on Filters…
8. Click on "Show Me" and select "All bombora company surges"
9. Add filter for "Cluster Type
10. Set Operator to "Not Equal To" and Select "Summary"
11. Click on Refresh
12. Click on Outline
13. In "Group Rows" Add "Account Name"
14. Under Columns - Add "Cluster Type"
15. Under Columns - Add "Topic Count"
16. Under Columns - Add "Weekly Topic Count Delta"
17. Under Columns - Add "Average Surge Score"
18. Under Columns - Add "Weekly Surge Score Delta"
19. Add "Topic Data"
20. Click on Refresh
21. Click on Column Actions dropdown arrow, hover over "Sort By..." & select "Sum of Topic Count"
22. Click on Refresh
23. Click on Column Actions and select "Sort Descending"
24. Click on Refresh
25. Click on Save
26. Type "Accounts with Bombora Company Surge"
27. Click on Select Folder
28. Click on Public Reports
29. Click on Select Folder
30. Click on Save
31. Click on Run
