Copying a Teacher's Lesson Plan

1. 1. Click on copy

   

2. 2. Under type, select Lessons

   

3. 3. Under From, select the teacher you want to copy from (lesson sharing needs to be enabled first. see tutorial on that before completing these steps)

   

4. 4. Click on Year, select the current school year

   

5. 5. Under Class, click the class you want to copy from the teacher.

   

6. 6. Add the start and end dates for which lessons you want to copy (could be first-last day of school)

   

7. 7. Click the class in your schedule you want the lesson copied into.

   

8. 8. Click Insert starting at and enter the date you want lesson copying to begin

   

9. 9. Click on Copy Lessons

   

10. 10. Click on Plans. You should see the copied lessons in your plans now. You can edit the lessons at this point if needed.
