Events imported from Prism are added into a queue where you can add and change the key details that are imported.
Limitations: Currently a sync from Prism to Sparrow is cast only when it is confirmed, unconfirmed or deleted If, for example, a show date changes in Prism, you must unconfirm/reconfirm it to re-sync to Sparrow.

Go to Events > Imported, find the show, and click on Confirm Details
This queue will show you all imported events whose details haven't been confirmed yet. This queue can also appear on the homepage (ask your account manager).
Tip: Click the calendar icon to be taken directly to the event in Prism!

Fill our and/or change all relevant information

Click on Save
The event will be confirmed and removed from the "Imported" queue.
