This Tango will help you set up panels for any Round 2 judging or any judging round that is live. You can set up the basic times and dates here.

From staff dashboard - click on Judging

Click on Configure Judging Panels

Select the round you want from Judging round. If you don't see the one you want, you might not have access to it so reach out to Pops for support.

It will ask if you want to start over. Click on Yes

Click on Create Panels

From here you can customize dates and times. You can check or uncheck the date boxes for what you'd like.

You can also use the dropdowns to pick which times you'd like. If you only need one morning panel and no afternoon panels, simply leave the afternoon one empty.

If multiple panels will happen at the same time [ie 3 panels from 9am-11:45am], then add labels to the Rooms [ie Room 1, Room 2, Room 3] to differentiate. Type in the red box below.
