13 Steps

This is an easy way to set criteria for a judging round - for example, the most common use is setting each application to have a minimum amount of independent reads. Please note items in the allocator can be adjusted throughout the judging round, but the allocator needs to be first created before the round starts.

Here you can set a minimum amount of reads per application you'd like for your judging round. 3 to 5 is the recommended amount; items can be adjusted throughout the judging round, but the allocator needs to be first created before the round starts. *****************

You can also edit the gender criteria and weights. Typically gender and number of reads are the main things you'll need - the other filters aren't terribly useful/are outdated, so if you use the IL 2023 R1 as a template, you should be all set.

After you save, you can see the live progress as a round goes on. In this example, looks like we have 1400 total required reads across all the applications, and still need 162. There's none available since this round is long over, but a number would show up otherwise.
