Select your desired list of clients to configure ticketing for

If you only wish to select a subset of clients, select which clients you'd like to configure

Select other required fields

At minimum, each vendor will require the open/closed ticket status. Some vendors require more fields when creating/updating tickets.

Now the next time your compliance events process, tickets will automatically be created and tracked with your PSA!
