Completing Effective Educator Self Assessment and PLP in LINCspring

Use your school email and the password you created.

If you forgot your password, click "Did you forget your password?" to reset.

Depending on your role, you will see one of the following learning cycles,

22-23 Educator Effectiveness Teachers

22-23 School Counselors Effectiveness

22-23 School Librarians Effectiveness

Click on your assigned learning cycle.

Click on the Spark icon to watch a video from Lisa Berry.

Click on the Reflect icon to complete your self assessment.

Select an option for each grid/question.

When finished, select Submit at the bottom of the window.

Select the Tinker icon to open the PLP document.

Select the Google Drive icon in the upper right hand corner.

A new window will open with your individual copy of your PLP in Google docs.

Once you have linked (in the next few steps) your document, you can access your PLP in the future by navigating to your Google Drive and locating the folder titled LINCspring.

Review the timeline for each part of the learning cycle.

Complete the first section regarding the indicator you chose to work on based on your self assessment.

Complete the second section regarding the indicator chosen to work on as a school. You will get this information from your administration.

Follow the directions and links to complete this section.

This step must be completed in order for administrators to see your PLP.

Navigate to your LINCspring Internet tab.

Click the icon with the cloud and up arrow.

Locate the PLP tinker document you have been working on. Click on the document thumbnail.

If you cannot easily find it, search for 1070 (learning cycle number).

You have now successfully linked your PLP.

Search/navigate to the Lincspring Portfolio folder within your Google Drive.

Locate your PLP document. It will have 1070 in the title.
