The Competency Management wizard can be used for several things. This guide will show you how to use the wizard to create competency progress records (which are needed for competency evaluations).

Navigate to the apprentice's contact record and click on the current training plan

On the right side of the page, click the 'Competency Management' tab

Select 'Create Competency Progress Records'

Click on 'Next'

Based on what kind of competency progress records are needed (career-ready or occupation-specific), review the notice and select the appropriate option

Click on 'Next'

Click on 'Finish'

To review the competency progress records you just created, click the 'Competency' tab on the left side of the screen

Scroll to the 'Competency Progresses' related list

Click on View All'
