Login to Pathway SIS
Navigate to your Academics tab.

Navigate to the program with the course that you'd like to close
In this example, we are closing a course in the Web Development program.

Click on "Courses"

Ensure that the clock hours for the course have reached 100%
You cannot close a course before instructional hours have reached 100%.

Click on Close Course
If this button is not present, double check that the course has attained the minimum 100% clock hours.

Click on Confirm
Be sure you are ready to close the course! Attendance and grades editing are locked once you have locked the course.
