Check if you're using Shopify's custom pixel for checkout tracking

Go to your Shopify store and click on Settings

Look for a row of type "Custom" that has Elevar in the name. If you find it, click it, If you don't, you aren't using the "Custom Pixel" or your checkout tracking is not currently setup (in this go back to the app, and go through the Shopify Source setup)
