Go to the Search Candidates and run your search and tick the candidates whos profiles you wish to compare

Click on Compare Profiles

A new window will pop up, displaying the candidate profiles side by side

From here you can download each candidate CV separately

Add the candidates to a project, or download all CVs at once in a .zip file
