In this tutorial, we will learn how to set up our Connect:PrintIQ plugin to allow the exchange of data between the two systems.
Our printIQ plugin is a paid module, so if you are interested in purchasing it please reach out to Support or Sales and they can provide you with the pricing and get you setup.
Type "connect" in the admin search field to locate relevant sections

Click on Connect Settings

Check Connect: PrintIQ

Type "connect" in the admin search field to locate relevant sections

Click on Connect Plugins

Click on Configure next to the Connect:PrintIQ entry

Enter your printIQ instance URL

Enter V0 Credentials
Username, password, application name and application key are all provided to you by the printIQ support team.
There is no requirement to use your own user login. Many printIQ integration users create a separate user on their printIQ instance specifically for use with the integration with Infigo.

Ignore V1 Credentials
These options are part of developments we will be pushing out over the coming months, consisting of a product and inventory sync. This functionality is not yet live, meaning these options can be ignored for now.
To summarise, this upcoming functionality will allow:
Create stock and static PDF products from printIQ into Infigo
Live inventory and stock levels

Click on (Back to plugin list)

Click on Check Connection
Once you have entered this information you can now check the connection to ensure everything is how it should be.
If everything is correct you will see a green popup appear with a successful connection message

If a connection cannot be made then you will see a failed red popup appear and something is not quite right with the details you have entered. If you are struggling then please raise a ticket with the support team and we can assist you.
