Below you will find step by step instruction on how to register for the Burke Centre Conservancy pools for the first time.
Hover over the "Amenities" tab and select "Pools". Here you will find all of the information about our pools and the link to the pool registration site which is: https://burke.mokopass.com/
Select Resident or Non-resident
Input your First Name
Input your Last Name
Input your email address. This email address will need to be verified so please be sure to input an email address that you have access to.
Create a password. There are requirements for your password shown in the next step.
Check your inbox of the email account you used to sign up on the pool pass website for a verification email from Moko Pass.
Select "Verify Email"
*If you did not receive an email, after checking your spam or junk folder please call the Burke Centre Conservancy office at 703-978-2928 or email poolclerk@burkecentre.org for assistance.
Click on Continue
Once your email has be successfully verified you should immediately receive this message where you can press continue to head to the Sign in page.
Your name and email address should be automatically filled in, but you are able to edit it in this section.
Input your phone number
Input your property's street address
Input your birthday (mm/dd/yyyy)
Input your County, State, City, and Zip code.
*please remove any symbols such as apostrophes (') and hyphens (-) from your street address and name to ensure payment processing occurs successfully.
We require proof of residency for Burke Centre Conservancy resident addresses.
If you are listed as an owner of the property in our HOA database you can simply reupload your profile picture.
If you are not listed as an owner in our HOA database for the BCC property that you are registering with, we do require proof of residency in the from:
A state issued I.D.
Utility bill, not more than two months old, issued to applicant. Examples include gas, electric, sewer, water, cable or phone bill. (cellular phone bills are not accepted).
Residential rental/lease agreement between you and the owner of the property that is listed in out HOA database.
U.S. Postal Service change of address confirmation form or postmarked U.S. mail with forwarding address label.
Virginia voter registration card mailed to you by your local registrar.
Payroll check stub issued by an employer within the last two months.
Current automobile or life insurance bill (cards or policies are not accepted).
Medical or dental bill issued within the last two months.
Certified copy of school records/transcript or official report card issued within the last year by a school accredited by a U.S. state, jurisdiction or territory.
Keep in mind the membership definitions:
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Family membership shall be limited to up to two (2) adults, and all legal dependents of members residing in the same home that are under the age of 23, as of the first day of the pool season (definition does not include those who are ages 23 & older). Additional adults residing in the home, including extended family members, and Au Pairs, who are able to verify it as their residence will be eligible to purchase individual pool memberships. Acceptable proof of residency items include: driver’s license, original utility bill, personal check, etc. *Additional members may NOT be added to the application after the initial registration is completed.
SINGLE MEMBERSHIP
Single membership shall be available for: (a) individuals not qualifying for a Family membership as defined in Section 1.1 above; (b) a single adult whose child or children are age four (4) and under as of the first day of pool season; or c) a child who is at least 12 years of age and can pass a swimming test conducted by lifeguards.
SENIOR CITIZEN MEMBERSHIP
Discounted membership program available to those age 65 and older, proof of age required at the time of registration. Senior- Single: member age 65 and older. Senior-Couple (for Burke Centre residents only): One member, age 65 and over, and their spouse.
You Will be Notified When Your Request is Processed
The dashboard provides a variety of information:
Weather- displays the current and future weather for the week.
Total Guest Passes- displays the total number of guest passes available for use
Latest News- displays notification presented by the lifeguards and staff for pool closures.
Activity- displays your household activity, such as which pools you checked into on what days and how many guest passes used at that check in.
Live Check Ins- shows the current check-in status of the pools at the time you're viewing it. This will let you know which pools have the most people if you're trying to avoid the crowds.
