Batch updating allocation and adding availability

Warning: please do not update allocation if you have an integration with Pitchup which controls allocation (via iCal calendar links or another method). Please make any updates via your booking system instead.

Click on the Allocation tab

To update a range of dates, click 'Batch update allocation'

First click the days of the week when the customers can stay on site

If you don't want to accept arrivals on specific days, but do let customers stay over that day, still tick the day for allocation. To prevent arrivals on certain days, you can set up arrival rules in the Rates tab (no arrivals on Mondays for example).

Select the first and last nights you want to update allocation for

Use the arrows or dropdowns on the calendar to find the correct dates

Tick the pitch type(s) you would like to update and enter the number of units you wish to allocate

Warning: this number supersedes any existing allocation for the dates concerned, rather than adding more allocation to the existing number
