The quote detail pane contains essential details about the quotation, including job location, job title, customer name, contact information, and schedule status, providing a snapshot of the quote's specifics.

  • Displays key information about the quote, facilitating immediate understanding of the job specifics and client details necessary for personalized management.

  • Provides critical data on the quote, such as job specifics and customer contact, setting the context for all interactions and ensuring all necessary information is at hand.

Quote Action Pane

The Quote Action pane serves as an action hub where users can manage the quote through options such as editing details, changing the associated project, scheduling, viewing or saving the quote document, communicating with the customer, and managing the quote acceptance process.

  • Acts as a command center for users to perform various actions related to the quote's life cycle, including modifications, scheduling, document handling, client communication, and status updates.

  • Offers a dynamic array of actions enabling users to edit, manage, and communicate quote details effectively, enhancing operational efficiency and customer service.

Quote Total Pane

Summarizes the financial aspects of the quote, listing parts, labor, taxes, and the total cost, enabling quick financial review and adjustments if necessary.

  • Breaks down the quote's cost structure, showing detailed charges for parts, labor, and taxes, culminating in the total amount, crucial for budgeting and financial discussions.

  • Details the financial elements of the quote, offering a clear view of the cost components and total investment required, essential for accurate billing and quote adjustments.

Tapping "Add Parts" show your currently available options for finding parts to add to your quote.

Manage labor on a quote

Tapping "Add Labor" allows you to add line items for the labor associated with the quote or job. When adding labor you supply a description of the task, the Title of the staff member who should perform the task, the number of hours and the hourly rate.

Manage miscellaneous parts on a quote.

A miscellaneous item can be anything you want to add to the quote or job. You will manually enter the name / description, quantity, cost and taxable status for the miscellaneous item.

Manage bundle parts on a quote.

A bundle in Arclight is a saved set of parts and labor that can be easily added to quotes or jobs. Tapping "Add Bundles" allows you to select a pre-existing bundle to add to the quote or job.

Manage Terms and Conditions on a quote

Terms and Conditions can be added to Quotes, Jobs, and Invoices and will be shown to your customers.

The following information is needed when creating or editing Terms and Conditions:

  • Name*

  • Description* - The text fo the terms and conditions that will be included on the quote, job, or invoice
