With the Agency onboarding bot you will able to analyze a form you used to onboard a client, and AI will let you know what your onboarding process is missing or how you can improve, it will also summarize all your client answers.

The first module can be any online survey app, in this example we will connect our bot to typeform.click on the Typeform, you will need to connect and authorize make.com to have access to your typeform account.

Click on Accept to connect your typeform account to make.com

On the "form ID " dropdown look for the survey your client answered.There's more customization you can do to your typeform, but right now this is enough for our bot to work.

Click on the OpenAI module to configure it, you will need to connect your OpenAi account to make. you will need your API key and your organization ID, you can get your API key from: https://beta.openai.com/account/api-keys and your Organization ID from:https://beta.openai.com

paste your API key and your Organization ID on the respective fields.

On the OpenAI module scroll down until you get to the "message content" input field, in here you will need to map the questions from your own Form. click on the input field and a new window will appear.

In this window scroll to the "mappable Answers" tab and click to expand it, in here you will see all the questions from your survey, click all of them to add them to the OpenAI Message content input field.

Click on OK to save and close the OpenAI module.

go to the google docs module, you will need to connect your google account to make.com

Click on Sign in with Google

Choose your google account and click on "allow"

On the google docs module, choose the location where you want to save your Survey Analysis document.
