You now have a client account. To set up an advisor account, please click on 'Apply as Advisor'.

As a first step, please upload a profile picture of yourself, which will be publicly visible on your profile later.

Type in your company name.

In the next step, it's all about a meaningful self-description. The short version typically includes a job title (e.g., Senior Innovation Consultant at XY). The long version will be publicly visible on your profile and should describe you, your competences and references well.

In the next step, decide whether you want to upload your own terms and conditions or use those provided by HalloSophia.

Please provide your billing information so that automated invoices can be generated.

In the final step you will configure the basic settings for your services, which you can further customise on a per-service basis when creating advisory packages. Please start by selecting a standard duration and a standard price per unit.

Please indicate whether you are a 'Professional Consultant,' 'Domain Expert,' 'Coach,' or 'Mentor'.

Please specify the times, countries, and languages in which you provide consultations. Pro Tip: Select 'Check EU all' to make your services visible and bookable across the EU.

To enable public visibility on the Hub (once verified by the admin), choose 'Yes, display profile once verified.'

Finally, review and confirm the accuracy and legal compliance of your information as per the Code of Ethics.
