Adding course information to your Pathway ATLAS onboard spreadsheet

Enter the name of the course
There should be a single course listed on each row

Enter the short-form course ID

If the courses are offered in sequence, enter that information here
For example, if WR101 is a prerequisite to WR102, it should be listed as "1"

Enter the Program that the course is affiliated with

Enter the start date of the affiliated program for that course

Enter how many clock hours the course runs in total

Alternately, list the awarded credit hours for completion
If none, enter "n/a"

Enter the relevant schedule for each day

Enter the start date for the course
This might differ from program start date

Enter the end date for the course
This might differ from program end date

Enter the maximum enrollment for the course
This might differ from maximum program enrollment

Enter the faculty member who teaches the course
If there are multiple faculty member teachers, enter the main associated faculty member here

Enter the campus location of the course

If there is a website that the course uses/which hosts external course data, enter it

Enter whether or not the course is Pass/Fail

Enter what term the course is offered in
If you do not use terms, you can leave this column blank
