In the website editor

Highlight the text you want to become a link

Click on the chain link icon

Type the page url in full, including the http://

A link to an unpublished website will not work.

Choose where you want the link to open in

“Current window” means the page a visitor on changes to the new page. “New window” means a new tab opens up on the new page

Click on Save

To edit the linked text, click on it

Click on General

Click on Link Text Colour

Change the colour

To Remove a link

Highlight the text

Click on Link

Delete the URL

Click on Save

To edit a button - Click on the button

Click on Background Colour

Click on your new colour

Change the text in "Text Options"

Select “Go to Page”, and choose a page to link to

Save, or Publish to go live
