Log in to your Program Guide application via your SM Apply account.

On your Applicant Dashboard, click on "Add collaborator

Add collaborator email address(es)

Separate multiple email addresses with commas

(Optional) Add a message to your collaborator(s)

Use this space to direct invited collaborators to focus on a specific section of the application, if needed.

Select permission level

Decide if invited collaborators should be able to change answers on your application (View & edit) or just review responses without editing access (View only).

Invitees will receive an email from noreply@mail.smapply.net with the subject line "Request to collaborate on [Application Title]

It may be helpful to request that invitees add noreply@mail.smapply.net to their Safe Sender list and/or monitor Spam/Other email folders to ensure receipt.
