In the Airtable Admin Panel, search for the Workspace

Click on collaborators

Click on Add collaborators

Search for the individual who you need to add

Check the Checkbox next to their name

Click on Read only to adjust their permissions

Choose the appropriate permissions

Click on Add 1 collaborator to add them to the Workspace
