Adding Anchors in squarespace

1. 1. Click the plus button

   

2. 2. Click on Code

   

3. 3. Deleted system text

   

4. 4. Type or paste code "<div id="services"></div>" into element

   

5. 5. Click on "services" and replace it with the name of the section

   When naming the section limit it to one word.

   

6. 6. Exit code screen

   

7. 7. Click on text your would like to link the anchor to (Example: Chime )

   

8. 8. Highlight word and select the link icon

   

9. 9. Click on Link icon

   

10. 10. Click on Settings Heavy icon

    

11. 11. Enter # and the name of the anchor from previous step (Example: "#chime")

    

12. 12. Click on SAVE

    

13. 13. Click on Save
