This guide provides step-by-step instructions for adding staff or volunteers to an existing session in the OSU Youth Program Registry. Ensuring that all personnel are accurately added and registered is crucial for maintaining compliance with OSU's safety standards. Follow the steps below to update your session’s roster.
If you need to add someone to a session fewer than 30 days prior to the start date, first confirm that they have a current criminal history check clearance. If they don't request a criminal history check before adding them to your roster.
