Add Microsoft Authenticator to your 365 Account
1. Enter your email account. We already have ours prefilled.
If you are asked about Work or Home - Select Work
2. Enter your password
3. Click on Sign in
4. If Text is already setup click the Text Link.
5. Enter your code and Verify
6. Click Yes to stay signed in
7. Click on Add Sign-in Method
8. Choose a method
9. Click on Authenticator app
10. Select Authenticator app
11. Now you need to go to your phone and download the Microsoft Authenticator app.
12. Download the app on your iPhone or Android phone
From the Play store or Apple App Store
13. Click on Next
14. Click on Next
15. On your Phone
Open the app on your phone. Click the + button to Add an account
16. Select Work or School
17. Scan the QR code on the screen
18. Click Finish, A two-digit Number will appear, type it into the phone.
19. Back on the Computer - Click on Next
20. Success! You have now added the Microsoft Authenticator onto your phone and increased your email security.
