Click on Ingredients & Stock

On the Menu bar, click on ingredients, a submenu will show up

Adding Ingredients list

To capture all the ingredients with their corresponding details. i.e, name, buying price, units, and alert quantity, click on Ingredients, On your right, a list will show up of all available ingredients if any

Click on Add Ingredient

To add an ingredient's details, click add ingredient

Enter the Ingredient details

Add the ingredient name for this case mayonaise

Buying price

Add the buying pricing of that ingredient

Add Units

Capture units are used to quantify ingredients, e.g., grams, litres, pieces etc you can also use abbreviations

Capture stock alert quantity

Add the quantity you wish the system to base on to share notification alerts when the stock is running low

Click on Save

Adding Existing INgredient stock

On the sub-menu, click on Ingredient stock to add the existing stock of your ingredients from the time you added the ingredient to the system.

Select the ingredient whose stock you want to add from the drop down list
