SLATE: Add Event: Admissions Event

Use Cases:

All event system generated email communications are delivered using a pre-determined standard template.

  1. Event Registration Confirmation

  2. Event Reminder - sent 24 hours before the event start

  3. Attendee Follow-up (thank you that includes waiver info) - sent 48 hours after the event

  4. No Show Follow-up - sent 72 hours after the event

Type the Event Name

This is public facing and will appear on the registration page and event portal.

Select the following:
All MBA Programs: events that are general to all MBA programs
Full-Time MBA: events that are specific to Full-Time MBA
Bay Area Part-Time MBA: events that are specific to Bay Area Part-Time MBA
Sacramento Part-Time MBA: events that are specific to Sacramento Part-Time MBA
MPAc: events that are specific to MPAc
MSBA: events that are specific to MSBA

If the event is informational only, select Event only. This will typically occur when we are attending a 3rd party event where they collect the registrations.

Once you select the 'Ready for Marcom to review', the Marcom team will receive an automated email to take action. This action includes publishing on the GSM website if applicable.
