Applicant Profile Templates allow Program States to set different requirements for profiles for different applicant types, update requirements from year to year, and more.

To access Profile Templates, begin on the Program State Account. Click on the 'Profile Templates' tab.

Account records for Program States generally follow the same naming convention of '[NAME] Program State Account'. This is where programs using the CareerWise platform can track nuances in their community's requirements.

Verify that the 'Key Affiliate Data Points' are still up-to-date before proceeding with any of the updates in the previous step.

  • Affiliate Display Name—This is what individuals making profiles for the Hiring Hub will see in the drop-down list. We encourage you to choose something clear that will help applicants identify the correct option (especially if there is more than one site in your state).

  • Relationship Manager - While this is not a required field, it helps the system to decide who 'owns' various new records that will be created as part of automation. You are encouraged to choose a staff member who is active and can help answer programmatic questions for the Tech Team.

  • Education Partnerships Manager—While this is not a required field, we encourage filling it with someone on the recruiting/school relationship management team. In most cases, this will be the individual in your program state who can answer questions about who manages what accounts and support applicants who do not immediately find their High School in the system.

Profile Templates that are currently active, and are the experience that a new individual making a profile in the Hiring Hub would have today, will be visible in the Applicant Profiles Templates (Active) list.
