AJS 56th Annual Convention 2024

1. 1. Note: you'll receive a message if you are not logged in. To log in, click on padlock icon in the upper right hand corner

   

2. 2. Type username

   Note: your username is the same one you would use to log in to MyAJS

   

3. 3. Type in password

   Your password is the same as your MyAJS password

   

4. 4. Click on Set Timezone

   

5. 5. Make sure you are logged in and registered

   The text above the image should indicate your name and your registration status. If it says "you are not registered," follow the prompts to register, log out of All Academic and log back in to sync the registration system with the conference program system.

   

6. 6. Search the Program by day, date, time slot, person, or division

   

7. 7. Once you find your session

   

8. 8. Click on the session

   

9. 9. Join Zoom Session (meeting not started) view

   This button will be live no earlier than 15 minutes before the session begins (or as soon as the host starts the meeting), in order to give participants the opportunity to network before the session begins.

   AJS staff need to move from room to room to start the meetings. If the button is labeled "not started," please be patient. Remember to refresh your screen periodically in order to see when the room has opened.

   

10. 10. Click on Join Zoom Session (In-Progress)

    Once the host has started the meeting, the button below will be clickable.
