How to Force an Admin Account to change their password

Click on Membership

Click on Member Directory

Search for the Admin Account

Click on Search

Click on the Name of the Admin User

Ensure the user has the correct email address entered in their profile by clicking contact details

Click on Telephone & Email

Update the email field ie: "myemail@miclub.com.au" and ensure it is preferred

Click on Submit

To Reset the password click on Update within User Login Details

Type the new password in twice, ensuring they match exactly.
Passwords must be:
Between 7 and 20 characters
Contain an upper case letter
Contain a lower case letter
Contain a number
Contain a special symbol (ie: #$%@)
Must not contain the user's member number

On the top left of the page, Click on Update

The Admin user will now need to use the password reset feature on the login screen to regain access

The user will recieve an email with steps on how to set a new password

After clicking on Reset Password
