Navigate to the location section towards the bottom of the form. Next to the Buildings field, click on the down arrow to see a list of UCLA buildings.

Begin typing the name of the building you wish to add into the search field. Options matching your text will start appearing directly below.

Select the desired building.

A list of rooms will populate underneath the Building field. Please find the option which indicates the entire building, called "Entire" and click on the green arrow directly to the right.

The added location should appear in the Attached Locations table on the right.

To remove locations simply click on the grey "x" button directly to the left of the building name.
