Select the Category dropdown, followed by Requests

Click on Folders
If this is your community's first Post to the Requests Category, you will be prompted to create a new folder where your form will live.

Type the Folder Title
Give your folder a title that will be clear for residents looking for a particular form. In this example, I am posting a maintenance work order form. So, I chose to title my folder "Maintenance."

Click Create ["Folder Name"] folder
To save the folder title that you just typed in, you must click Create. Once a folder has been created, it will then be stored for easy, repeatable use.
